My approach is to listen, to understand and to accept.  You talk I listen and ask questions to try my level best to understand what it is you're going through and what it means for you.

Hi i'm Andrea and I am a Mam, a Step-Mam, a Grandma, a wife, a friend, a worker, a manager, a colleague, a dieter, a keen self improver, a cheer leader, a realist, an optimist, a joker, a nag (apparently). Whatever and whoever I am, my passion is to help people feel better.

Getting Help

There are a number of reasons why people access support via counselling.  For some, they know what the issue is and yet others don't know why they are feeling the way they are, they just know something doesn't feel right.  And some attend thinking they know what's wrong and it turns out to be something competely different.
