Coaching

Coaching is designed to help a person achieve what it is they want.  I will work with you to help develop a strategy to achieve your goal.  I will ask several meaningful questions, which are designed to help you identify what you really want in life. We will talk to help you discover what beliefs or habits may be holding you back from achieving the goals you have set yourself.  And we will work to identify how you can overcome these beliefs and habits.  Coaching can help with the following:

As a coach I am at your side and will support your growth, I won't give you the answers, but I will work with you while you become more aware and find your own solutions and ideas which are aligned with your values and deepest needs and desires.

How coaching works...

​Sessions can take place online or in person and are 75 minutes.  What we cover will very much depend on what it is you want to work on. 

 

Coaching is goal and action orientated, together we will design a plan to help you achieve your desired outcome.

 

  Coaching sessions are often between 4-6 weeks apart, this gives you enough time to put in place the actions that have been developed during the sessions.  I will check on you at agreed intervals to see how you are doing with the agreed goals.

What to expect from Coaching

Online or In Person

We can work together via online sessions on Zoom, or in person at my tranquil space in Tyne and Wear. Alternatively we can do a mixture of both to suit your schedule. 

At your chosen frequency

Most people who come to me choose to do so weekly, however I completely appreciate that you may be busy or have other commitments. I can recommend a frequency during our consultation - but truly it depends on how often you'd like.

Your investment

Coaching is £90 per session, payable before the session begins.

The Chat

The Consultation

Next we move onto the official consultation, this can be via Zoom or in Person to create your plan moving forwards.

Now we begin to work together, at a frequency which suits you either via Zoom or in Person at my space in Tyne and Wear.
